The learner completes the second full-time clinical education experience under direct clinical instructor supervision. The learner advances patient/client management, documentation, professional behaviors, interprofessional collaboration, feedback integration, clinical reasoning, primary care screening, and person-centered care while demonstrating increasing autonomy toward entry-level physical therapist practice.
