Student Development Division
The Student Development Division at Wilson College is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic environment that empowers students to grow both academically and personally. The Student Development team includes the Vice President for Student Development, Athletics & Esports, the Dean of Students/Director of the Single Parent Scholar Program, Wellness Services (health and counseling), Chaplain, Campus Safety, Dining Services, Career Services, the Office of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, and Residence Life.
The team is committed to creating a vibrant campus culture that encourages holistic development, allowing students to explore their interests, discover their strengths, and engage in meaningful relationships that will last a lifetime. We believe that learning is a continuous journey, and our programs are designed to complement the academic experience by providing a wide range of opportunities for personal growth, leadership, wellness, and community engagement.
We focus on nurturing a supportive and respectful community where students feel valued and connected. From promoting mental and physical well-being through our counseling and wellness programs to offering career guidance and professional development, we are here to support students every step of the way. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded college experience that helps students build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose leading to meaningful and engaged lives after graduation.
Together with the Wilson College Government Association (WCGA), and the Campus Activities Board (CAB), we encourage every student to be an active participant in the Wilson community by joining any of the campus clubs, organizations and activities offered throughout the year.
