DPT 600 Human Anatomy

The learner examines structural and functional anatomy of the axial spine, head, trunk, pelvis, and extremities across the lifespan. Learners integrate skeletal, muscular, cardiovascular, respiratory, and peripheral nervous system anatomy through lecture and lab experiences that support movement system reasoning, anatomical palpation, and preparation for physical therapist practice.Prerequisites: Admission to program.
