The learner completes the first full-time clinical education experience under direct clinical instructor supervision. The learner applies examination, evaluation, intervention, documentation, communication, clinical reasoning, professional behaviors, interprofessional collaboration, and primary care screening principles to patient-centered physical therapist practice across the continuum of care.
