The learner applies musculoskeletal examination, evaluation, and clinical reasoning to lower extremity conditions involving the hip, knee, ankle, and foot. The learner advances patient interview, systems review, regional palpation, special testing, differential diagnosis, primary care screening, and evidence-informed interventions including education, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.
