DPT 622 Integrative Pain Science

The learner examines neuroscience foundations of acute, persistent, and sensitized pain across biopsychosocial contexts. The learner interprets pain mechanisms, psychosocial influences, behavioral presentations, and differential assessment findings to support evidence-informed interventions, pain neuroscience education, resilience, self-efficacy, and collaborative pain management within primary care and direct access practice.
