OTD 630 OT Interventions II: Phys Dys

Students will focus on evaluation and interventions for adults with physical impairments using the International Classification of Impairments, Disabilities, and Handicaps (ICIDH) framework. It highlights screening, planning, and applied treatment through occupation-based practice, along with acquisition, restorative, and compensatory strategies. Students engage in the OT process to enhance occupational performance across therapy domains, with a focus on rehabilitation. This course includes an experiential lab component. Prerequisites: OTD-622, OTD-624, OTD-625, OTD-629.
