OTD 604 Research I: Founds to Scholarly Review

Students will be introduced to research principles and evidence-based practice (EBP). The student learns to frame EBP questions, explore peer-reviewed research leading to a literature review, understanding of ethics and approaches to scientific inquiry. The course will culminate with developed research designs in an Institutional Review Board (IRB) proposal. Prerequisites: Admission to program.
