OTD 622 Neurological Foundations

Students will examine the theoretical explanations of occupational choices using neuroscience as a context. Contemporary concepts of brain-function that support occupation are explored with emphasis on sensory, perception, and motor and cognitive processes. Lab activities emphasize elements of the neurologic examination with an introduction to standard measures and tools for assessment. Prerequisites: OTD-610, OTD-611, OTD-615, OTD-617
