ENV 220 Stewardship of Watershed Ecosystems

This course explores the ecological, hydrological, and human dimensions of watershed systems, emphasizing stewardship, sustainability, and applied management. Students will investigate how land use, water quality, and ecological processes interact within watershed boundaries. Through lectures, labs, and fieldwork, students will gain practical experience in watershed assessment, data collection, community engagement, and restoration practices. Prerequisites for 220: Foundations in English. Prerequisites for 320: ENV 115 ESL
