EDU 564 Financial Resource Mgt in Edu

Financial Resource Management is a Masters level course that meets the Pennsylvania Inspired Leadership Standards (PIL) requirements and the School Principal requirements. This course will provide students with an overview of planning and fiscal management models and tools appropriate for public school financial resource management. Specifically, it is designed to help future educational leaders understand the legal and philosophical issues associated with school financial resource management. In addition, this course will assist students in leading educational organizations towards a model of reflective budgeting practices that promote student growth and achievement, develop educator professional practice, and operate in a fiscally-responsible fashion.
