CS 242 Digital Ethics

This course examines the natural and societal impacts of technology while exploring ethical issues in the design and implementation of computing systems and technologies. It covers ethical theories, privacy, security, social media, and misinformation. Topics covered include intellectual property rights, data privacy, cybersecurity, digital rights management, artificial intelligence, and the societal impacts of emerging technologies. ETH Prerequisites: Foundations in English course.
