CS 220 Computer System Organization

This course explores the inner workings of computer systems while teaching students the C programming language. Students will learn the fundamentals of operating systems, memory management, and file systems. Students will also explore how microprocessors execute instructions and how peripherals communicate with the main system. Prerequisite: CS 122.
