BUS522 Organizational Development and Change

Students will explore organization development,ýwhich is the process of planning and implementingýinterventions to create interpersonal, group,ýinter-group, or organization-wide change. Theýcourse incorporates the theoretical foundationsýof organization development as an appliedýbehavioral science. Students will also exploreýinnovative interpersonal, intra-group,ýinter-group and organizational interventions thatýare used to effect comprehensive and lastingýchanges. Prerequisite: Program prerequisite.
