VMT 415 Veterinary Surgical Nursing

Planned clinical experience to enhance technical competence. Emphasis placed on surgical nursing and anesthesia skills. Surgical assignments and nursing care outside of class are mandatory. One five-hour session per week. Prerequisites: VMT 115, VMT 209, VMT 216, VMT 213, VMT 221, VMT 222, VMT 313, VMT 321, Proof of pre-exposure Rabies vaccine (4 sem. hrs.)
