PSY 230 Industrial & Organizational Psychology

Introduces students to concepts about how people relate to and understand work. This is a survey course that covers topics such as job analysis and performance, training, recruitment, motivation to work, stress and employee well-being, leadership, and team management. Prerequisite: PSY 110. CC
