BUS 574 DFSS Six Sigma Management
DFSS Six Sigma is one of three disciplines in the Six Sigma Management philosophy that concentrates on determining the needs of customers and designing out defects in products and processes rather than correcting the process or product after initial application or production. DFSS Six Sigma incorporates systems architecture, quality function deployment, axiomatic design, TRIZ and design of experiments into a continuous improvement culture in business and industries. Prerequisite: Admission to the program.
