BUS 567 Process Reengineering & Change Mgt

Process reengineering is a management strategy focusing on the analysis and design of workflows and processes within an organization. Process reengineering is used to help organizations fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to improve service while decreasing operational costs. The course focuses on oversight and successful management of reengineering projects using change theory. Prerequisite: Admission to the program.
