BUS523 Organizational Behavior & Management

This course introduces students to many of theýbasic principles of human behavior that effectiveýmanagers use when managing individuals and groupsýin organizations. These include theories relatingýto individual differences in abilities andýattitudes, attribution, motivation, groupýdynamics, power and politics, leadership,ýconflict resolution, organizational culture, andýorganizational structure and design.
