Master of Science in Organizational Leadership
Wilson’s online Master’s of Science in Organizational Leadership creates tomorrow’s leaders today. Emphasizing problem-solving, communication, and effective change management, program graduates learn to navigate the uncertainty of an ever-changing world as leaders in a wide range of fields, including business, healthcare, communications, athletics, organizational management, and a host of other fields.
All students complete a core curriculum of seven courses, which includes the Applied Leadership Project. They also select three additional courses, allowing them to satisfy the degree requirements with courses that are best suited to each student’s unique goals and aims.
In LDR 597 Applied Leadership Project, students propose and then carry out a service-oriented project that will include the student designing, organizing, and completing a community or campus enterprise that is designed to benefit the community. This project could include a fundraiser, a conference, a series of workshops, or a service project, all designed to demonstrate the application of the student’s mastery of leadership skills
Students can also complete LDR 555 Leadership Internship as part of their course of study.
