SPN 206 Medical Spanish I: Patient Communication

This is a third-semester intermediate course for future healthcare professionals where students will learn to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients. Covers the vocabulary, grammar, and cultural topics necessary to provide culturally competent health care. Emphasizes oral communication of healthcare providers with Spanish-speaking patients. Prerequisite: SPN-102 or placement.
