EQS 410 Equine Facility Management

A study of the management and maintenance of an equine facility. Includes management of equines, employees and the facility as well as related activities such as boarding, horse shows and clinics. Lecture, discussion, practicum, computer labs and site visits to local stable. Includes an experiential work requirement at the stables outside of classroom time. Prerequisites: EQS 225 and EQS 315.
