ENV 224 Environmental Law

An introduction to the American legal system and the sources of environmental law; the litigation process and other tools to resolve environmental disputes; and the impact of Administrative law on the environment. Concludes with an introduction to some of the major environmental statutes in the U.S. Prerequisite: Foundations in English Course. ES, ETH
