EDU 581 Skilled Leadership

Learners will investigate why and how skilled leadership at all levels is essential to creating a learner-centered approach to customizing learning. The course emphasizes the importance of empowering others and collaboration. The learners will understand the five domains of leadership; authentic, visionary, cultural, quality and service.
