BUS 572 Lean Six Sigma Management

Lean Six Sigma is one of three disciplines in the Six Sigma Management philosophy that concentrates on the reduction of the eight types of waste commonly found in manufacturing and service-based industries. Waste elimination leads to fewer quality deficiencies, increased revenue, increased profit and increased customer satisfaction. Prerequisite: Admission to the program.
