BUS 319 Entrepreneurship in the Networked World

With the rise of eCommerce, mobile commerce, big data, social media and software as a service, entrepreneurship has evolved from tinkering in the garage to developing the killer app. Students will learn to understand the major concepts and issues associated with networked technologies, as well as the differences between traditional and networked business models. The course includes a focus on the creative destruction potential of technology. Prerequisite: BUS 220
